Newport Pagnell Farmers Markets are held on the third Friday of every month. Starting at 8.30 am until 1.30 pm. 
Dates for 2019 -  April 19th, May 17th, June 21st, July 19th, August 16th, September 20th, October 18th, November 15th and December 20th.

EVENTS IN APRIL 

Friday 5th April - Saturday 27th April - Cowper and Newton Museum - Easter Treats Trails & Things to do - £1 per child.  Come along to Easter family fun.  Try the Easter Egg maze in the gardens, Animal Easter in the house, be crafty at the craft table in the dressing up room.  Extra craft activity on Tues 9th April 10.30am - 3pm) Get your prizes and enter the prize draw.  Includes a 20% off voucher when you spend over £10 in the pancake parlour.  Usual adult admission applies.

Thursday 11th April -
The Arts Society North Bucks - Clara, Rhino superstar and wonder of the Grand Tour.  Lecturer Clive Stewart-Lockhart

Meeting times: coffee is served from 10.15am with Chairman's notices around 10.50 and the lecture starting promptly at 11am. Meetings are on 2nd Thursday of the month, except for July and August. Guests are welcome to visit for a small fee.

Thursday 25th April - Annual Town Meeting - for residents United Reformed Church -  7.30pm

Tuesday 30th April - The Arts Society North Bucks - Lynne Gibson on Tricks of the Light, the illusion of Light and Shadow in Wester Art.
Meeting times: coffee is served from 10.15am with Chairman's notices around 10.50 and the lecture starting promptly at 11am. Meetings are on 2nd Thursday of the month, except for July and August. Guests are welcome to visit for a small fee.

Wednesday 1st May - Cowper and Newton Museum -  VISUALise: A Contemporary Stitched Art Textiles Exhibition - 10.30am.  Free entry / usual admission fee to museum applies.

Thursday 2nd May - Cowper and Newton Museum - Refreshments in the Courtyard & Gardens - 10.30am - 12pm - £3.00 / usual admission fee to museum applies.  Enjoy refreshments in the tranquil courtyard and gardens of the museum.

Friday 3rd May - Quiz Night - hosted by the Mayor of Newport Pagnell, Cllr Paul Day.  Lovat Hall, Silver Street, Newport Pagnell, MK16 0EJ - £12 per ticket includes a two course supper. Saturday 4th May - Westbury Grange - Spring Coffee Morning Car Boot Sale

Monday 6th May - Rotary Club - Grand May Fayre 12 noon - 4pm.  Willen Road Sports Ground - Free entry.  Entertainment all afternoon.

Monday 6th May - Newport Pagnell Bowls Club Under 18 Academy launch open day.  11am - 3pm.

Monday 27th May - Newport Pagnell Bowls Club - Open Day

Tuesday 28th May - Saturday 1st June - Cowper & Newton Museum - May Holiday Trail - `Hare Care' - £1 per child for trail and prize.  Usual admission fee applies for adults.

Thursday 30th May - Sunday 2nd June - Free interactive exhibition based on speaking with God.
An opportunity to take time out in a calm and peaceful environment to think about situations we face, reflect on our feelings and consider our own values and beliefs.  There will be six differently themed areas with thought provoking activities for both adults and children.  Drop in anytime between 10am and 4pm.  Refreshments will be available.  St Peter and St Paul Church, High Street, Newport Pagnell, MK16 8AR. 

EVENTS IN JUNE 

 

Saturday 8th June - Newport Pagnell & Allies, Vintage Wartime Event 10am - 5pm
Displays and activities to be held in the short and long stay car parks in Queens Avenue, Methodist Church, United Reformed Church, the Brooklands Centre and Riverside Meadow.  Stalls to be found in the High Street and Queens Avenue short stay car park.  Keep an eye out on our front page for the release date of our programmes.  These will timetable all activities and performances.

Thursday 13th June - The Arts Society Bucks - "Oh yes it is" "Oh no it isn't" unresolved questions of Authenticity.
