The Town Clerk is the head of services at the Town Council.  She is clerk for the following meetings for the Council:  Town Council, Business Development, Policy and Finance, Personnel, Overview and Scrutiny, Devolution, and Culture Events and Public Relations.

The Deputy Clerk and RFO is responsible for planning and environmental management, finance and GDPR compliancy. She is clerk to the following meetings, TPEM working group, neighbourhood plan working group.

The Public Relations and Events officer provides an information service to the public, manages the website and social media channels, and assists the clerk in putting on events. She is clerk for the following meetings: Culture Events and Public Relations, Sports, Health and Well Being and Stakeholders.
