• Negotiation with third parties to progress acquisitions.
• Identification and pursuit of commercial projects and business opportunities on behalf of NPTC
• Project management and reporting
• Appointment of specialist resources (eg. consultants, solicitors) as necessary.
• Progressing the development of museums in the town through S106 funding.
