Culture Events and Public Relations Working Group

Terms and references:

To promote the Town Council and its work.
To be responsible for the display board and its use at various venues. To develop a programme of information etc to be displayed.
To work with other community schemes giving support and assistance where possible. e.g. Christmas Lights Volunteers and Carnival.
To manage the Public Relations Budget.
To address the issue of public consultation through consultation exercises.
To manage publicity aspects of the council through Town Talk and other publicity mediums.
To develop Town Council events.
To determine grant funding applications to the Town Council.
